Picture this

It’s Saturday morning. Nothing is waiting for you except a hot coffee.

The dishwasher is empty. Clean laundry is folded. The groceries are put away, the returns are sent back, and the dog’s grooming is on the calendar. You can actually drink your coffee while it's hot without putting it in the microwave.

Why families choose us

Help in your home without hiring someone full-time and becoming an employer.

No hiring

We recruit, vet and background check every team member.

No payroll

We are the employer: payroll, taxes, workers’ comp, insurance.

We set the schedule and arrange coverage when someone is out.

No full-time cost

Pay only for the time your home needs, every month.

You get the household team. We carry recruiting, staffing, scheduling and every employment detail.

Remote House Manager

Text us. Consider it done.

One House Manager learns your home, plans its upkeep and runs every project. Send a text or an email, and it comes off your list and onto ours.

01

Text or email your House Manager.

A photo and one line is enough.

02

We scope it and get quotes.

Vetted vendors only, with a recommendation you can approve in one reply.

03

You approve. We take it from there.

Booked, followed up and checked until it is right.

04

We pay the vendor. You get one invoice.

Every receipt attached, billed with your membership.

What members send us

The dishwasher is leaking again.

Plumber booked for Thursday at 10. I’ll let him in and send you his notes.

Can someone paint the guest room before my parents visit?

Three quotes by Friday. Earliest start is the 12th.

Sprinklers before the freeze?

Already on your calendar for Oct 20. Blowout confirmed.

Your House Manager replies Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.

Your Home Manual

Your team works best when it knows your home.

We create a guidebook from your intake visit with how your home runs, written down: where things live, how you like them done and what’s due when. Less explaining, less checking, less on your mind.

01

Built once

We learn your home room by room at your walkthrough.

02

Used every visit

Your team arrives already knowing your routines.

Rebecca, founder of Maison Steward, with her husband and two children

About us

Why I started Maison Steward.

Maison is French for house. A steward is its guardian.

I’m Rebecca, and I’ve been the woman trying to do it all. With both my husband and I having demanding careers and raising kids, I tried to do it all: the kids’ schedules, the house and a more than full-time job.

But that load of laundry never got done. Dishes were sitting in the sink far too long. The returns never got sent back.

Finding reliable part-time support was harder than it should have been so I built what we wished we had: part time help, vetted people, clear systems and a team you can count on.

Questions

Questions families ask.

Questions families ask.

Maison Steward is a household management company in South Denver. We provide part-time house managers and house assistants for busy families in Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Castle Pines, Parker, Centennial, Littleton and Cherry Hills Village. Your team handles laundry, home resets, organizing, errands and the household to-do list on a set weekly schedule, billed monthly with no long-term commitment.

Not exactly. Your House Assistant keeps your home reset and running: tidying, kitchen and drop zones, laundry, restocking and putting deliveries away. For deep cleaning, we coordinate your current housekeeper or bring in a trusted cleaning vendor, so you have one point of contact for all of it.

Yes, for the house. We love children, but our role is the house: laundry, dishes, home resets, organizing, light meal prep and errands, so the time you spend with your kids is actually yours.

A House Manager is the planner and point of contact: scheduling, vendors, the maintenance calendar and home projects. A House Assistant does the hands-on work on visit days. Foundation, Signature and Pinnacle are House Assistant memberships. Private Household adds a House Manager on site 4 hours a week, and Steward is a remote House Manager only.

You get the help without becoming an employer. We recruit, background check, employ, schedule and cover absences. No payroll, taxes or HR on your side.

House Assistant memberships are $55 an hour, billed monthly on your weekly minimum. Foundation (4 hours a week) is $953 a month, Signature (8 hours) is $1,905, and Pinnacle (12 hours) is $2,858. Private Household, with two days a week of House Assistant help plus 4 hours a week of House Manager time, is $3,200 a month. Steward, a remote House Manager only, is $400 a month. Hours can flex above your minimum at the same rate. New members pay a one-time $200 new home fee that covers onboarding, your intake visit and training your team on your home. For home projects we oversee, like renovations, repairs and other vendor projects over $500, we pay the vendor and bill you at cost plus a 20% project management fee.

No. Every membership is month to month with no long-term commitment. We bill monthly in advance, and we ask for 30 days notice to cancel or to change your membership level.

Yes. We can oversee renovations, repairs and other vendor projects from start to finish: finding and scheduling the vendor, meeting them at your home, keeping the work on track and checking it is done right. For projects over $500, we pay the vendor directly and bill you at cost plus a 20% project management fee, with every receipt attached. Routine vendors you already use can keep billing you directly.

No. Most members are not. Access details are stored securely, and staff never hold your cards, logins or cash. Purchases go on a company card and you get one weekly invoice with every receipt.
