Confidentiality is in every staff agreement. Access codes live in a secure vault and are shared only with the team assigned to your home. Purchases over a set amount need your approval by text.
Private Household: a part-time team on site
For homes that need more, Private Household puts a House Manager and a House Assistant in your home each week. Errands, grocery shopping, household projects and home office support are all included, coordinated by one point of contact.
Seasons, guests and maintenance
Your House Manager keeps the maintenance calendar: sprinkler blowout and turn-on, furnace filters, dryer vent cleaning and holiday lights. Signature and up add seasonal closet changeovers. Guest room prep before visiting family is booked as a project on Signature Plus and Private Household.
Do you work in gated communities like Castle Pines Village?
Yes. We record gate and home access in your Home Manual, store codes securely and share them only with your assigned team.
Is this a full-time house manager?
No. Maison Steward is fractional, part-time help on a set weekly schedule, so you pay only for the time your home needs.
