Long workdays leave no room for calling plumbers, chasing quotes or remembering the furnace filter. Your House Manager learns your home, keeps its maintenance calendar and runs every project. Send a photo and one line, and it comes off your list and onto ours. You approve by text, we book it, and you get one invoice with every receipt.
Hands-on help on a set weekly rhythm
If you want help inside the home too, your House Assistant visits on the same day each week for the reset: kitchen, drop zones, laundry and deliveries put away. Signature and up add organizing, seasonal closet changeovers and light meal prep.
Who is in your home
Every team member passes background and driving record checks and signs a confidentiality agreement. Access details are stored securely and staff never hold your cards, logins or cash.
Can I get a house manager without someone in my home every week?
Yes. Our remote House Manager membership starts at $400/mo. You text or email, and we handle vendors, scheduling and projects start to finish.
Do I need to be home during visits?
No. Most Lone Tree members are at work during visits. We follow the access instructions in your Home Manual.
