Maison Steward LLC (“Maison Steward,” “we,” “us”) provides household management services to families in Colorado. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through maisonsteward.com, our discovery calls, our membership and our communications, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy.
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a discovery call, become a member or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, home address and anything you choose to share about your household and your needs.
Member information. To serve your home, we collect details gathered at your intake visit and recorded in your Home Manual, such as how you like your home kept, vendor contacts, maintenance schedules and home access instructions. Access codes and similar sensitive details are stored in a secure password vault and shared only with the team members assigned to your home.
Payment information. Membership fees and expense invoices are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full bank account or card numbers on our systems.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers collect standard technical information such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, referring website and approximate location. We use cookies, pixels and similar tools, including analytics tools and the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our advertising.
Job applicant information. If you apply to work with us, we collect the information in your application and, with your authorization, background and driving record check results. Applicant information is used only for hiring and employment purposes.
We use your information to:

Provide, schedule and manage your membership and services
Bill membership fees and invoice approved purchases
Communicate with you by email, phone and text message
Coordinate vendors and contractors working in your home, at your direction
Improve our website, services and marketing

If you provide your mobile number, you agree that Maison Steward may text you about your inquiry, your membership, scheduling, purchase approvals and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers that help us deliver our messages.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
With service providers who help us run our business, such as scheduling, billing, payment, password management, email, website hosting, analytics and advertising platforms. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
With vendors and contractors you ask us to coordinate, limited to what they need to do the job, such as your address and access instructions.
For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety and property of our members, staff or business.
In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of the business, where your information would remain subject to this policy.
Members may agree in their membership agreement to let us photograph or film our work in their home for marketing. We remove identifying information such as faces, house numbers, addresses and personal documents before anything is shared.
We use advertising platforms such as Meta to show our ads to people who may be interested in our services. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including a secure password vault for home access information, restricted access by assignment and confidentiality obligations for every team member. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements and resolve disputes. When a membership ends, we remove home access information from our systems.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages. Email us at rebecca@maisonsteward.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep certain information when required by law.
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
