These Terms of Use govern your use of maisonsteward.com (the “site”), operated by Maison Steward LLC (“Maison Steward,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site describes our household management services for general information. Nothing on the site is an offer, a contract or a guarantee of service. Membership is available only through a signed membership agreement, and the membership agreement governs your services. If anything on the site conflicts with your membership agreement, the membership agreement controls.
Prices shown on the site, including “starting at” pricing, are estimates for typical homes and may change at any time without notice. Your actual rate depends on your home, your needs and the membership you choose, and is confirmed in writing before you enroll. Services are available only in our current service areas and are subject to team availability.
Discovery calls are free and carry no obligation. Booking a call does not reserve a membership, a start date or a rate.
Any founding membership, rate lock or other offer is limited, available while openings remain and subject to the terms stated in your membership agreement. We may end or change an offer at any time before you enroll.
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you contact us. You may not copy, scrape or misuse the site, interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
By submitting your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone and text message about your inquiry and our services. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Maison Steward name, logo, website design, text, photos and other content are owned by or licensed to Maison Steward and are protected by law. You may not use them without our written permission.
The site may link to or use third-party services, such as scheduling and payment tools. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the site or its content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Steward will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed $100. This section does not limit any rights or obligations under a membership agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute related to the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Colorado.
We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed.
