House manager or house assistant?
Your House Manager is the planner and point of contact: scheduling, vendors, the maintenance calendar and home projects. Your House Assistant does the hands-on work on visit days. Most families need some of each, which is why every membership is built around your home, not a job title.
Pay for the time your home needs
Hiring a full-time household employee means payroll, taxes and covering every sick day. A Maison Steward membership is one all-inclusive monthly rate. Remote help starts at $400/mo and in-home help starts at $550/mo.
Your Home Manual
At your intake visit we walk every room and write down how your home runs: where things live, how you like them done and what is due when. Your team arrives knowing your routines, and a backup uses the same Home Manual when someone is out.
Do you replace my housekeeper?
No. Your House Assistant keeps the home reset between cleanings. For deep cleaning, we coordinate your current housekeeper or bring in a trusted cleaning vendor.
Is there a contract?
Memberships start with a short initial term, then continue month to month. We cover the details on your discovery call.
